Privacy policy
What data we collect, why, how long we keep it and how to exercise your rights. This site has one form and this page explains exactly what happens to it.

Pending: registered company name, tax number, registered address and commercial registry details. These are required by law and can only be supplied by the company. The rest is published rather than filled in with unverified information.
1. Data controller

2. What we collect
Only what you enter in the contact form: name, email and country are required; company, phone and your message are optional. We collect no browsing data for analytics or advertising purposes.
We do not request special categories of data and ask that you do not include any in the free-text field.
3. Purpose and legal basis
To reply to your enquiry and prepare a proposal. The legal basis is the taking of steps at your request prior to entering into a contract (Art. 6.1.b GDPR).
Data is kept for the duration of the relationship and for three years afterwards in case of claims, or longer where accounting and tax law requires it.
We do not use your data for unsolicited marketing, profiling or automated decision-making.
4. Processors and transfers
We use Resend as an email service provider, acting as a processor under Art. 28 GDPR. Processing takes place on servers within the European Union (Ireland).
There are no international data transfers outside the European Economic Area.
5. Cookies
This site uses no analytics, advertising or tracking cookies, and loads no third-party resources. Fonts and images are served from our own server.
6. Your rights
You may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability at any time, free of charge, by writing to contacto@sistasa.com. We may ask you to verify your identity and will reply within one month.
If you are not satisfied with our response, you may lodge a complaint with your national data protection authority. In Spain, that is the Agencia Española de Protección de Datos (aepd.es).
7. Security
The connection to this site is encrypted with HTTPS. Note that email is not end-to-end encrypted: please do not include confidential information in the free-text field.
